The idea of starting a home-visit nursing company came from watching my wife, Mari, work as a nurse up close. Even as she cared deeply for her patients, I saw how much the busy pace and structural constraints of healthcare work weighed on nurses and caregivers alike — and how large the challenges facing the field really were.
Before this, I worked at an IT systems integrator and a consulting firm, building systems and solving problems for clients. That work taught me something important: goodwill and effort alone can't fix every problem — systems and technology can carry what people alone cannot.
T&M LLC contributes to community healthcare by running Heartful Visiting Nursing Station, while also pursuing a new approach to healthcare powered by AI and IT. Our goal is to build an environment where medical and care professionals can fully use their expertise, deliver better service to the people we serve, and make our community richer through technology.
Home-visit nursing isn't the destination — it's the first step. By blending human warmth with technology, we will keep contributing to the future of community healthcare.
